To actively respond to the May mental health promotion, pay attention to the mental health of employees, raise their awareness of the importance of mental health, impart mental health knowledge and self-regulation skills, promote emotional communication among employees, and enhance team cohesion. Our company held a 2024 mental health promotion event at 2:30 pm on May 18th. This event is hosted by the Administration and Human Resources Department and co organized by various workshops.
To actively respond to the May mental health promotion, pay attention to the mental health of employees, raise their awareness of the importance of mental health, impart mental health knowledge and self-regulation skills, promote emotional communication among employees, and enhance team cohesion. Our company held a 2024 mental health promotion event at 2:30 pm on May 18th. This event is hosted by the Administration and Human Resources Department and co organized by various workshops.
This psychological propaganda activity adopted various forms and channels to ensure the widespread dissemination and deep influence of information. 1、 A mental health promotion display board was set up at the event site, using a combination of pictures and text to popularize mental health knowledge to employees and increase their attention to mental health. 2、 The organization conducted a psychological health assessment for employees, helping them understand their own psychological status and identify potential psychological problems by filling out a psychological health survey questionnaire, and seeking help and intervention in a timely manner. 3、 Inviting Mr. Zhu and department heads to have face-to-face communication with employees, listening to their valuable suggestions and demands, and setting up an IWAY award-winning Q&A method, the content is rich and practical, and has been warmly welcomed by employees.
This mental health promotion activity not only enhanced employees' awareness of mental health, but also laid a solid foundation for their physical and mental health and comprehensive development. However, we also recognize that promoting mental health is a long-term and challenging task. In future work, we will continue to strengthen the intensity and depth of psychological propaganda activities, constantly innovate propaganda forms and content, and improve employee participation and satisfaction. I believe that with the care and support of the company, employees will be able to devote themselves to their work with a healthier mindset and work together to promote the development and progress of the company.
