In order to enhance employees' awareness of mental health and create a positive working atmosphere, our company held a mental health day promotion event on May 20th. This event has received high attention from company leaders and active response from all employees.
In order to enhance employees' awareness of mental health and create a positive working atmosphere, our company held a mental health day promotion event on May 20th. This event has received high attention from company leaders and active response from all employees.
This psychological propaganda activity will be carried out in the following forms: firstly, setting up psychological health propaganda exhibition boards to popularize knowledge in the form of graphics and text; 2、 Organize psychological health assessments and questionnaire surveys to help employees self assess their psychological status; 3、 Arrange face-to-face communication between company executives and employees, collect suggestions through IWAY prize winning Q&A, and the activity content is highly practical and interactive, receiving positive feedback from employees.
This activity has achieved good results. Employees actively participated and gained a deeper understanding of mental health knowledge. Through psychological testing and face-to-face conversations, employees shared their emotions and feelings, enhancing mutual understanding and cooperation. In addition, the employees have provided many valuable opinions and suggestions for this event, which we will carefully study and improve.
Next, our company will regularly organize mental health-related activities to improve the mental health level of our employees. Establish a mental health support system and provide psychological counseling services for employees. Strengthen employee mental health training and improve their self-regulation ability.
