These included IWAY and safety‑related quizzes, GONOGO knowledge quizzes, packaging compliance quizzes, a label‑application skills competition, and employee talent performances.

This series of activities, centered on strengthening safety and compliance, honing operational skills, and enriching employees’ lives, was conducted for all staff in the packaging workshop. In the preparatory phase, management meticulously developed an activity plan, curated a question bank, procured necessary materials, and set up the venue, clearly defining the event flow, scoring criteria, and reward‑and‑penalty regulations. During the event, strict adherence to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency ensured the smooth progression of knowledge quizzes, skill competitions, talent showcases, and other segments. All employees enthusiastically participated in the various contests, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. Through this diverse array of activities, the workshop’s employees’ safety knowledge, compliance awareness, and hands‑on capabilities were thoroughly assessed, while team cohesion was further strengthened.
